Our beautiful clubhouse is the social heart of the village, hosting regular activities and events. Residents enjoy shared vegetable gardens, with the option to add personal vertical gardens at home. With cycle trails nearby, biking is a favourite pastime — supported by our custom 12-bike trailer for group eBike adventures.
Person-centred care options
If a resident is needs assessed as requiring long-term care and there is a suitable room available at a local Arvida care centre – Oakwoods and The Wood, they will have priority access over non-Arvida residents.
We’re also in the final stages of designing a purpose-built Care Centre with Care Suites. The number of care suites and timeline for completion are still being finalised.
